The Föckersperger VIPER V225 vibratory cable plow has been specifically developed for the installation of fiber optic cables, cable protection pipes and power cables.
The new V225 combines a robust machine design with simple, user-friendly operation. Customers can choose between a steel track undercarriage, a rubber track undercarriage, or a four-wheel-drive version with all-wheel steering, depending on the application.
The wheeled version features two steerable axles (all-wheel steering), providing outstanding maneuverability. Its articulated chassis allows the machine to negotiate tight turning radii and curved cable routes with ease.
A key innovation is the integrated tilt function, which enables the entire machine frame to be hydraulically tilted sideways by up to 10°. This allows the plow blade to be optimally positioned and adapted to sloping or uneven terrain.
The VIPER V225 is an extremely powerful and versatile machine. Its design also allows it to be operated in combination with a winch, providing additional pulling force for installations in highly cohesive soils.
The hydraulically side-shiftable plow unit enables offset plowing, offering maximum flexibility when working around obstacles or along existing infrastructure.
The ergonomically designed operator’s station provides excellent visibility, comfort and ease of operation, ensuring maximum efficiency throughout the working day.
